March saw the first convention hit the ground in Melbourne. This is a growing event, and it did not disappoint. The Game Expo 2026 was bigger than 2025, and we had an amazing weekend exploring this event.

This event covers it all, from live streaming, Table Top Gaming, latest console games to play and try, right through to vintage hardware you can spend all day playing.

We caught up with many familiar faces and met many new ones as well.

One of the real standouts for me was the coverage of Indie Games and artists at these events. The isles were endless with both and made for a very entertaining weekend exploring them all. We will be looking closely at many from this event on our webpage and in the coming issues of J4F Magazine...........
